Shipping
MacBirdie ships all orders received before noon (Central) the same day, with other
orders shipped the next business day. Our standard shipping rates for UPS Ground are:

Within the Continental U.S. you can expect your order to take 3-7 days to arrive.
If your item is temporarily out of stock or requires customization, we will contact
you within one business day with an estimated arrival date.
For expedited shipping (ex. Next Day Air, Two Day Air) or for shipments outside the
Continental U.S., please contact us toll-free at 1-800-343-1033.
Returns
MacBirdie has guaranteed complete customer satisfaction since 1989. If you are not
100% satisfied with an item, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping).
Please note we cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Perishable food items.
- Any video or computer software item that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please call us toll-free at
1-800-343-1033. We'll ask you to indicate the items you're returning, the reason for
return, and whether you would like a refund or a replacement item sent to you. We'll
pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
